On November 13, 2023 Virginia Jane Braswell was elected President of the Delta Delta Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority at Troy University. Previously she served as the Chapter’s Vice President and Director of Administration.

Bullock County students Rose Ryan-Ulver and Laura Lee Putnam attended the Alfa Youth Leadership Conference Nov. 13-14 at the Alabama 4-H Center in Columbiana. Forty-five counties from all over Alabama were represented.
