The Bullock County Humane Society will be offering a Feline Spay/Neuter Clinic again this fall (2024). In partnership with Tuskegee University and through help from Grants received from the Black Belt Foundation, they are once again able to offer limited “reduced cost” spay and neuter to the public requiring assistance.
