This week the Bullock County Humane Society features Butters
For more than three years, Butters has been patiently waiting at the Bullock County Humane Society for someone to give her the loving forever home she deserves. Butters arrived at the shelter on May 24, 2023, after being abandoned alongside a busy highway. Although her life did not get off to the best start, this sweet girl has not let her past keep her from loving people and enjoying life.
Now approximately four years old, Butters is described as a total sweetheart who loves spending time with people and other dogs. She enjoys the companionship of her four-legged friends and would make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a loving companion. Butters is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, including her one-year rabies vaccination, and is heartworm negative. She is available for adoption or foster care.
After spending more than three years behind shelter walls, Butters deserves the opportunity to experience the comforts of a home, a soft place to sleep, and a family to call her own. The Bullock County Humane Society offers transportation by vehicle or plane to out-of-state adopters and rescues, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
Anyone interested in adopting or fostering Butters is encouraged to contact the Bullock County Humane Society by phone or text at 334-782-1952 or by email at [email protected]. Three years is far too long for such a sweet girl to wait. Could you be the one to finally give Butters her happily ever after?
