Shelby is an extremely loving, sweet, and submissive pup who is waiting for her forever home. She’s up to date on all of her shots, including her rabies vaccine, and is currently receiving flea and heartworm prevention. She is heartworm positive, so she is available for foster-to-adopt in order to be treated for the heartworms.
