Due to a short season and early home games, CSCS held its Homecoming activities on Friday, August 25. The Eagles took on the Lions of First Assembly Christian School from Ashland Alabama.
On Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Nate’s Oyster Bar in Slocumb, Alabama, the Alabama Democratic Conference held their second Congressional district meeting.

The Distinguished Young Women of Bullock County program was held on Saturday, August 19, at the Red Door Theatre. Three participants competed in talent, interview, fitness, scholastics, and self-expression.
