Bonnie Plants Farm, one of the most prominent plant businesses in the United States, which began in Union Springs, has lost one of its original pioneers. James “Bubba” Pope passed away on June 18, 2026, in Maryville, Tennessee. Bubba was 85 years old and was a major cog until the very end.
