New band director Jakori Hollinger has brought music to the forefront of Hornet Nation as BCHS welcomes the return of its marching band. This marks the first time in four years that the school has had a marching band, since Stan Cooks previously directed the program.
This year’s band includes approximately 30 students, along with a danceline. The students spent a large portion of their summer preparing for the season, learning marching techniques and working on their music.
