Collision slows traffic on Wednesday

A vehicle collision in front of Liberty Food Mart slowed traffic Wednesday evening, Sept. 30, at approximately 4:45 p.m. Union Springs Police Department officers Sgt. Cummings, Officer Penn, and Capt. Gary Lewis responded to the scene, along with Haynes Ambulance. Emergency personnel worked at the scene while officers assisted with traffic control. The cause of the collision and any injuries were not available at press time. Photo by Felicia Farnsworth
