Fall Army worms are common caterpillars who pose a serious threat for farmers, homeowners, and playing fields. Viewing outside the home area, armyworms attack cereal crops such as rice and grass pastures. For lawns and homeowners, fall armyworms can destroy a lawn within a few days if undetected and untreated. When untreated, fall armyworms can move rapidly into new areas in large groups and will cause damage to your landscaping plants and your lawn as well. When out in the yard, pay close attention to your grass.
