Fire hydrant damaged in early morning accident on Conecuh Ave.

In the early morning hours of Monday, May 19, a vehicle attempting to turn onto Conecuh Avenue from Peachburg Road struck the fire hydrant located at the corner in front of the Sunoco gas station. The impact caused significant damage, resulting in a broken hydrant and a major water leak.
