Hoops for a Cause: Tournament promotes unity and Autism Awareness

On the last Saturday of May, “The Men Who Care” hosted the “May Day Community Unity Fest” Basketball Tournament at Harris Park in Midway. The event was also about bringing awareness to autism. Other activities at the event were: motorcycle rides, a bounce house, and raffles, along with great food.  After the rain early Saturday morning, the weather was a pleasant element. The tournament had four teams full of hoopers ready to put on a show, and the audience was ready to watch.
