Judge Tatum presents Chief Clerk Tarver with Recognition of Achievement plaque

Bullock County Probate Judge James E. Tatum presents a Recognition of Achievement plaque to Chief Clerk Elaine Tarver.

On June 1, 2023,  Bullock County Probate Judge Chief Clerk Elaine Tarver was presented with a plaque for Recognition of achievement by Bullock County Judge of Probate James E. Tatum.

Judge Tatum stated since Elaine's employment on December 2, 2013, and she has received several certifications, which include Supervision and Management, Leadership, Probate Law, Licensing Administration, and County Government. The courses were offered through Auburn University, Troy University, Alabama Law Institute, Alabama Probate Judges Association, Alabama Local Government Training Institute and Association of County Commissions of Alabama, and the Association of Alabama Tax Administrators.

Elaine has obtained countless hours in training and education. She currently supervises three clerks in the Office of Judge of Probate. Elaine always displays a positive attitude and is exceptionally pleasant to work with.

She readily assists the customers and office staff when needed and eagerly volunteers to help with other tasks. She has also mentored and been a resource for other chief clerks and clerks throughout Alabama. Elaine's hard work and dedication are valuable, and she highly deserves this recognition.

The Plaque reads as follows:

Office of the Judge of Probate Bullock County, Alabama Recognition of Achievement presented to Chief Clerk, Elaine Tarver for satisfactorily completing courses of Leadership, Probate Law, Licensing Administration and County Government Presented June 1, 2023 by Judge James E. Tatum.
