A 27-year-old Union Springs man was among 11 individuals arrested during a two-day undercover operation targeting suspected child predators in Lee County.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, investigators and the Covenant Rescue Group, with assistance from the Auburn and Opelika police departments, conducted the operation Sept. 17 and 18 at a hotel in Opelika.
