As Union Springs residents prepare to celebrate Independence Day with family gatherings, fireworks, and travel, the Union Springs Police Department is stepping up patrols throughout the city and encouraging everyone to make safety a top priority.
The department released its weekly activity report this week, highlighting arrests, investigations, and officer activity while reminding motorists not to drink and drive during the busy holiday weekend.
