At the Bullock County Humane Society, one special dog has been patiently waiting far longer than most for a second chance. Zachary, a friendly and affectionate dog, has spent 1,166 days living in a kennel after arriving at the shelter on February 14, 2023. Despite his long stay, staff and volunteers say his loving personality has never changed.
