Bullock County election results: Winners declared, runoff set

Official results from the May 19 election have determined winners in several Bullock County races, while other contests will advance to runoff elections after no candidate received the required majority of votes.

In the race for Bullock County Commissioner District 2, Curtis E. Pritchett led the field with 879 votes. Joseph “Joe” Jernigan followed with 498 votes, while James “Al” Scott received 441 votes. Eugene Faulk earned 399 votes, and Robert “RC” Huffman finished with 331 votes.
