On the First Friday of the month of October Bullock County traveled the road of Highway 29 to face arch rival Booker T. Washington (Tuskegee). The Hornets were looking forward to getting a huge win against a team that beat them in the past two seasons. On paper both teams were evenly matched with each of them coming off a win (B.C. defeated Red Level 46-12 and BTW won over Slocomb 43-6) and were looking for their fourth victory.
