On Tuesday, January 28, the Hornets wrapped up the regular season on the road against the Opp High School Bobcats. Bullock County came out with a trapping defense that made it tough for the Bobcats to score inside, while the Hornets attacked the paint and found easy baskets. The tempo slowed down in the second quarter, with both teams managing just eight points apiece. Despite the low-scoring stretch, the Hornets took a 29-14 lead into halftime.
