Beginning March 1, 2023, the Bullock County Office of Judge of Probate began Online Tag Renewals. Tag renewal notices will be mailed out to the registrant on the last working day of each month. Once the registrant receives their notice, they can visit the website www.tagpayments.com to begin the renewal process. Once the registrant has accessed the website, they will select Bullock County from the county drop-down, then input the tag number and PIN from the tag renewal notice. If the registrant is renewing more than one tag, put in the tag number and PIN for that tag and select 'add another tag.' Once all tags are loaded that you want to renew select Continue to Payment Method. On the next screen, enter your email address in the email section and confirm boxes, then enter the name on your card and the card number. Check the two acknowledgment checkboxes, then choose the 'Pay Button' to process the payment. Once payment is received, the registrant will receive a decal and or metal plate via mail. This service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Registrants will also have the option to renew their tags via mail. Renewal notices and payment will be mailed to the Judge of Probate Office. Once received by the Probate Office and processed, the registrant will receive their decal and or metal plate via mail. As of January 2023, residents were able to research documents online going back ten years. Military records and adoptions are not accessible online. However, documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, etc., are accessible online.

To view these documents online, you may visit the website https://psearch.syscononline.com. If you have any questions or need some assistance, you can call Judge Tatum or his staff at 334-738-2250.
