This month-long initiative is dedicated to raising awareness about the tragic and often preventable issue of suicide, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, and providing support to those struggling with thoughts of self-harm. It is a time for education, reflection, and action, emphasizing that everyone has a role to play in saving lives.
