Elaine Tarver, Chief Clerk of the Bullock County Office of the Judge of Probate, recently attended a Tag Clerks Workshop hosted by Ingenuity, Inc. The event was held at the South Alabama Electric Cooperative in Troy, Alabama, and brought together clerks and licensing officials from across the state.
