Don’t let the name fool you, Wild Bill is anything but wild and has an amazing story to share! Granted when he first arrived at the shelter, he was a feral cat, and many people were afraid to approach him. Slowly the staff won his trust and were able to gently rub his kind soul and begin sneaking him snacks to encourage his good behavior.
