Community members and local leaders gathered early Monday morning for the April Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast at Mt. Silla Missionary Baptist Church in Union Springs. The program began at 7 a.m. with the theme scripture displayed at the top of the program: “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” — Psalm 33:12.
