Bullock County Department of Human Resources presented a Self-Care talk by Ms. Mary Wedgeworth of South Central Alabama Development Commissions (SCADC). Wedgeworth was the guest speaker and provided vital information on Self-Care and services available to caregivers. This was a quarterly Adult Protective Service meeting. The room was full of caregivers. Delicious refreshments were served after the meeting.
